A completed path proves someone sat through it. A passed quiz proves they can name the letters. Neither proves the rep will refuse the friendly wrong contact, fold a deal the forces have already lost, or hold a renewal until the open ticket is answered. A decision simulation grades that, and the credential it issues says what was actually done.

Where completions and certificates fall short

  • Completion is not a health signal. Our own CS worlds punish reps who read green completion tiles as adoption.
  • Framework recall does not transfer. Knowing MEDDPICC does not make the committee meet you.
  • Certificates are hard to verify and say nothing about the pressure the holder handled.
  • Managers get a dashboard of finished modules, not a next assignment.

What a decision simulation grades and issues instead

  • A decision under pressure, in a seat, in a world, with the state of the account attached.
  • A versioned rubric so the grade is the same next quarter (spiced_handoff_v2, decision_v2, expand_renew_v2).
  • A public verify page per credential with schema.org EducationalOccupationalCredential data, stating the seat, the framework, and the work sample. A craft mark, not a diploma.
  • A manager debrief that ends in the next assign, not in a completion percentage.

Where the credential lives

The three job-seeker plates (MEDDPICC qualifier, SPICED qualifier, CSM Qualifier) issue verifiable credentials from a full run, add to LinkedIn, and resolve on a public verify page. Enablement paths issue craft marks and path credentials the same way.

What we do not claim

We do not claim to replace an LMS for product knowledge, compliance, or onboarding content. We do not call our credentials certifications or diplomas. They are verifiable work samples from a decision simulation.

Is the credential a certification?

No. It is a verifiable work sample: a public page states the seat, the framework, the rubric version, and the bands earned in a full run. We call it a craft mark or path credential on purpose.

Can we still use our LMS?

Yes. Keep product and compliance content where it is. Use the decision simulation for judgment under pressure, and read the two side by side.

Why do you punish reading completions as adoption?

Because CS reps do it in real accounts and expand into churn. In CSIQ and GISCSM the completion tiles look green and the adoption number underneath does not.
