Trusted by teams who measure their Mondays

Workshops produce slides.
We produce a different Monday.

60 enterprise teams since 2016. Berlin.

What we make

Three experiences. Three changes you can name on Friday.

Every experience ends with a written commitment, an anonymized manager summary, and a date you put on the calendar before the session is over.

01
Deal IQ

MEDDIC qualification, lived through a real account.

90 minutes. 6 MEDDIC dimensions. One AI buyer who pushes back. Manager export.

See Deal IQ in detail
02
Transfer

Discover how much of what you teach actually survives the next meeting.

You can't enter the meeting. Coach an AI champion across five sessions, then watch the executive scene play out using only what they retained.

03
Meteorite

Knowledge that hides in your team, surfaced by a hex map.

Six tables. Three crews. One meteorite. The post-mortem your team is too polite to write.

Live demo

See the system move. Deal IQ in three minutes.

A live MEDDIC pipeline against an AI buyer who pushes back. No narration, no slides. Just the system as it runs.

The surfaces

Inside the room. Not a screenshot tour.

These are the actual surfaces your team sees. Same colours, same restraint, same hex motif from boardroom to browser.

Meteorite expedition hex map

The hex map your team negotiates in real time

Meteorite player action panel

Move, search, craft. Energy spent has consequences.

Meteorite shared journal

A shared journal where the team writes itself into agreement

Meteorite lobby and team formation

Lobby. Three crews, six tables, one meteorite.

For who

Built for the four people who get the call.

Different roles, different signal, same shape: a session that produces a written commitment by the time you leave it.

Sales leaders

  • Reps practise MEDDIC against an AI buyer who pushes back, before they touch a real account.

  • Managers see which deal stage their team avoids, not which slide they skipped.

  • A 90-minute Deal IQ session beats a six-hour roleplay every quarter.

Moments

Moments. Not testimonials.

We anonymise on request. We never invent. Each line below is a minute we can point at.

47 mininto Round 3

"My PM looked up from his hex map and said he doesn't read the post-mortems. That meeting cost zero euros and saved the quarter."

VP of Sales · EU energy · 4,200 employees

faster ramp than the prior roleplay format

"Reps stopped asking for a deck and started asking when they could play again. That was the moment I stopped designing slides."

Director of Enablement · DACH FinTech

3commitments written before anyone stood up

"For the first time in two years of workshops, my team left the room with three things they wrote, not three things I told them."

FAQ

Six questions we get every week.

If you have a seventh, ask it on the discovery call. We answer them in writing first, so you have something to push back on.

  • What is Game Is Serious, in one paragraph?

A Berlin studio that designs serious games and simulations for sales enablement, L&D, and operations. Every format is a repeatable 90-minute session that ends with a written commitment, an anonymised manager summary, and a date on the calendar. Forty mechanics, three languages, sixty enterprise teams since 2016.

  • Are you only in Berlin?

We are headquartered in Berlin and run many programmes here. We also deliver remote and on-site across DACH, EU, and worldwide. The experience is the same; the language and timezone are not.

  • What do managers actually receive?

An anonymised cohort-level summary of debrief themes plus the concrete next steps the team committed to in writing. No individual quotes, no names. If you need a deeper assessment scope, we offer one. We do not default to it.

  • How many people fit in a session?

Treasure Office supports up to 200 players per session. AgileOps and Meteorite typically run with 9 to 27. Mirror and Deal IQ work best at 6 to 18. Larger cohorts use parallel sessions with a shared closing moment.

  • How is this measured?

We track session completion, debrief quality, and the strength of the team's written commitments. Reporting stays at cohort level unless you contract a deeper assessment. We never sell vanity metrics.

  • How do I try it without booking a call?

Sign up as a manager at gameisserious.com/manager/signup, set up a session in any format, share the code with your team, and run a pilot. No payment. Or use the "Talk to us" button at the top of this page to start a 15-minute discovery conversation before you commit.
